Built by a flipper

I'm Nick Koenen. My partner and I run Ugly Duckling Houses in Racine, Wisconsin — about 30 flips a year, for years now.
At that pace, the same mistakes kept costing us money. Jobs missed on the estimate. Subs going quiet. Work done in the wrong order and redone. Two people buying the same materials. There were weeks we closed on three houses and all I felt was anxiety, because I knew what was coming.
The root problem was fragmentation. Our business lived in ten places — a spreadsheet, a group text, a camera roll, a bank app, a lender portal — and none of them talked to each other. When your tools are scattered, you spend your days reconciling them instead of running the business.
FLIP is the fix: one source of truth for everything. Every job, every dollar to the penny, every photo, every lien waiver, every material order — on one record. Because it's all in one place, you can just ask FLIP a question and get the answer. It's the brain and connective tissue of the operation.
And that matters because the most important variable in flipping is time. Every week a house sits, you pay for it. One system means jobs get dispatched faster, problems get caught sooner, and nothing waits on you to remember it.
Long story short: FLIP lets you scale your business with as little frustration as possible. We run our whole operation on it — no other software company runs 30 flips a year on its own product.
