Can I bring in deals I already have going?
Yes. Add each address and tell FLIP where the deal stands. Mid-renovation deals pick up from your current budget and work list.
Do my subs have to pay or make accounts?
No. You text them jobs; they text back. No cost to them, ever. There’s a free app if they want it — their jobs, photos and pay in one place — but it’s never required.
My subs won’t use apps. Will this work?
That’s exactly who it’s built for. Texting is all they ever need — photos, bids and payment requests all work from their phone’s browser. The free app is a bonus, not a requirement.
Can the AI spend money or change my numbers on its own?
No. FLIP suggests; you decide. Every suggestion waits for your OK, and money only moves when you press the button.
Where do the repair prices come from?
From our pricing database, tuned to your zip code — and to your own contractors. The more you use FLIP, the better it learns what work actually costs you.
What do I run it on?
Desktop for the office work, your phone for the job site. Your subs only ever need their own phone.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You pick a plan or you don’t. Your account and data stay either way — paid features just pause until you choose. Nothing is deleted.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, anytime. No phone call. You can export everything before you go.
